Taylor earned a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology (TCSPP) in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Taylor’s areas of expertise specifically focus on ensuring that parents/caregivers are active participants in the client’s programming, maintaining transparent communication with the support team, and creating individualized behavior-based plans.
Taylor has been working with children as well as adults with developmental disabilities in various settings, including private clinics, day programs, and summer camps. Taylor approaches her work with an encouraging, tireless attitude and she is a strong advocate for her clients. When Taylor is not at work she enjoys trying new restaurants with friends, spending time with her dog, and baking.
