Kayla earned a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and has worked in clinic, home, school, and controlled research settings. Kayla is not only a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) but also a devoted advocate within the LGBTQIA+ community.
As a non-binary person, Kayla values the opportunity to create affirming environments for people of all identities, and is passionate about designing individualized programs that support socially-significant behavior change. Outside of ABA, Kayla enjoys playing violin, exploring unknown places, and hanging out with their two cat companions, Zola and Baby Jack!
Sadie chose to focus her career on using ABA to bring about positive change in both home and community-based settings. In her free time, Sadie enjoys working out, hiking, listening to podcasts, and making Paleo-friendly baked goods!
